Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using TubeMate, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

Use of AI Agent

TubeMate provides an AI agent that automatically replies to YouTube comments. You acknowledge that:

  • AI Limitations: AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for monitoring the replies generated by the agent.
  • Liability: TubeMate/DataFlee is not liable for any reputational damage, loss of subscribers, or channel strikes resulting from AI-generated content.
  • Human-in-the-Loop: We recommend using "Draft Mode" for sensitive topics to review replies before posting.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use TubeMate to generate spam, hate speech, harassment, or any content that violates theYouTube Community Guidelines. Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Refund Policy

Credits purchased on TubeMate are non-refundable. However, if you experience technical issues preventing the use of credits, please contact support for assistance.
