Google User Data & YouTube API Services

TubeMate uses YouTube API Services to access your channel's data. By using TubeMate, you agree to be bound by theYouTube Terms of Serviceand the Google Privacy Policy.

  • Access: We access your YouTube comments, video titles, and channel profile to generate context-aware replies.
  • Storage: We store comment data temporarily to process replies. We do not store your video content.
  • Sharing: We do not share your Google user data with third-party AI models for training purposes. Data is sent to LLM providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) solely for generating replies in real-time.

You can revoke TubeMate's access to your data at any time via theGoogle Security Settings page.

Information We Collect

  • Account Information: Email address, name, and profile picture (via Google Sign-In).
  • Usage Data: Logs of actions taken by the AI agent (e.g., "Replied to comment X").
  • Payment Data: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.

Data Security

We utilize industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for data in transit and AES-256 encryption for data at rest. Our infrastructure is hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) in Frankfurt, Germany, ensuring compliance with GDPR and high security standards.
